Deposits Are Non-Refundable & Non-Transferable

All appointments require a $25 deposit that is non-refundable unless we cancel. If you need to cancel last minute, a new deposit will be required for your next booking. This helps us value everyone's time!

Come Prepared for Your Appointment

Please arrive with a clean face and lashes (no makeup!) and no contact lenses. This ensures the best application and results. Also, no caffeine before your appointment—you'll need to relax!

Cash Only on Appointment Day

On the day of your appointment, we accept cash payment only. Your deposit will be applied to your service total. Please plan ahead so we can keep your appointment running smoothly!

Bringing a Guest? Let Us Know!

You're welcome to bring one additional guest, but please let us know before you arrive so we can prepare our cozy space. This helps us maintain a relaxing environment for everyone.

No-Show Fee for Future Appointments

If you miss your appointment without calling, we'll need to charge an additional fee when you reschedule. We understand emergencies happen—just give us a heads up when possible!

48-72 Hour Concern Window

If you have any concerns with your lashes, please reach out within 48-72 hours and we'll be happy to assist! After this window, we cannot be held responsible as natural shedding and lifestyle factors come into play.

Tips for Perfect Lash Retention

To keep your lashes looking gorgeous for 2-3 weeks, here are some things that can affect retention:

Avoid: Sleeping on your face
Avoid: Drinking alcohol same day as appointment
Wait 24 hours before getting lashes wet
Avoid: Applying oils to eyelids
Do: Wash your lashes regularly
Hormonal changes, oily skin, and stress can affect retention

Refund & Cancellation Policy

Deposit Policy

All appointments require a $25 deposit to secure your booking. This deposit will be applied toward the total cost of your service.

Important: Deposits are non-refundable unless we cancel and are non-transferable. This means if you need to cancel your appointment (even with notice), you will need to submit a new $25 deposit to secure your next appointment. We appreciate your understanding as this policy helps us manage our schedule and honor everyone's time.

Cancellation Terms

We understand that plans change. Here's what happens when you need to cancel:

  • With Notice: If you cancel your appointment with advance notice, your deposit will be forfeited and a new $25 deposit will be required for any future booking
  • Last-Minute Cancellations: Cancellations with very short notice (less than 24 hours) will result in forfeiture of your deposit, and a new deposit will be required for future appointments
  • Same-Day Cancellations or No-Shows: Your deposit will be forfeited, and you may be required to pay an additional fee when rescheduling

Service Satisfaction & Concerns

Services are non-refundable once performed. However, your satisfaction is important to us:

  • If you have any concerns with your lash service, please contact us within 48-72 hours of your appointment
  • We will work with you to address any issues and may offer a complimentary correction or adjustment
  • After the 48-72 hour window, we cannot be held responsible as natural lash shedding and lifestyle factors (aftercare, sleep habits, oils, etc.) affect retention
  • Refunds for completed services are evaluated on a case-by-case basis and are at the sole discretion of Diamond Lashes

No-Show Policy

If you fail to appear for a scheduled appointment without prior notice (a "no-show"), your $25 deposit will be forfeited. Additionally, an additional fee will be charged to schedule future appointments. Repeated no-shows may result in refusal of future service. We understand emergencies happen—please just give us a call when possible!

When We Cancel

If Diamond Lashes needs to cancel your appointment due to emergency, illness, or unforeseen circumstances, your deposit will be fully refunded or credited to your rescheduled appointment—your choice! Your deposit is only non-refundable when you cancel, not when we do.

Lash Fill Timing Policy

Lash fills must be scheduled within 3 weeks of your last full set appointment. If more than 3 weeks have passed, you will be required to book and pay for a new full set, as too many natural lashes will have shed for a fill to be effective. This policy is non-negotiable and ensures the quality and integrity of your lash extensions.

Booking Confirmation Process

When you submit a booking request through our website or contact us directly:

  • We will contact you within 24 hours to confirm availability for your requested date and time
  • Your appointment is not confirmed until you receive confirmation from us via email or phone
  • A $25 deposit is required to finalize your booking
  • You will receive a confirmation email with appointment details, location, and preparation instructions
  • We recommend booking at least 1-2 weeks in advance for optimal availability

Rescheduling Policy

We understand that life happens and schedules change:

  • Deposits Are Non-Transferable: If you need to reschedule your appointment for any reason, your original deposit cannot be transferred to the new date. You will need to submit a new $25 deposit to secure your rescheduled appointment.
  • Original Deposit: Your original deposit will be forfeited when you reschedule, regardless of how much notice you provide.
  • To reschedule, please contact us as soon as possible via phone, email, or text message

Please Note: This policy helps us manage our schedule and ensures commitment to appointments. We appreciate your understanding!

Late Arrival Policy

We value your time and the time of other clients. If you arrive more than 15 minutes late to your appointment, we reserve the right to reschedule your service to a later date, and your deposit may be forfeited. If we can accommodate you despite your late arrival, your service time may be shortened to avoid delays for other clients.

Please contact us immediately if you are running late so we can make appropriate arrangements.

Preparation Requirements

To ensure the best results and service experience, please:

  • Arrive with a clean face and clean, makeup-free lashes (all mascara, eyeliner, and eye makeup must be completely removed)
  • Remove contact lenses before your appointment—you cannot wear them during the service
  • Avoid caffeine immediately before your appointment (you'll need to relax and lie still for 90-140 minutes)
  • Use the restroom before your service begins
  • Inform us of any allergies, sensitivities, or medical conditions that may affect your service

Important: If you arrive with makeup, contact lenses, or unclean lashes, we may need to reschedule your appointment and your deposit may be forfeited. Please come prepared!

Guest Policy

You're welcome to bring one additional guest to accompany you during your appointment. However, please let us know before you arrive so we can prepare our space accordingly. This helps us maintain a comfortable, relaxing environment for everyone. Additional guests beyond one person may not be accommodated.

Payment Policy

On the day of your appointment:

  • Cash payment only is accepted for the remaining balance after your deposit
  • Your $25 deposit will be applied toward your service total
  • Please bring exact change or small bills when possible
  • Plan ahead to have cash available—we do not accept credit cards, debit cards, or mobile payments on appointment day

Business Rights to Cancel or Reschedule

Diamond Lashes reserves the right to cancel or reschedule appointments in the following circumstances:

  • Emergency situations, illness, or unforeseen personal circumstances
  • Inclement weather or unsafe travel conditions
  • Equipment malfunction or facility issues
  • If a client arrives unprepared (with makeup, contacts, or unclean lashes)

If we need to cancel your appointment, we will contact you as soon as possible and work with you to reschedule at your convenience. Your deposit will be fully credited to your rescheduled appointment.

Communication Policy

By providing your contact information and booking services with Diamond Lashes, you consent to receive communications from us via:

  • Email: Appointment confirmations, reminders, follow-up messages, and promotional offers
  • Phone Calls: Booking confirmations, appointment reminders, and service-related inquiries

  • Transactional Communications: Appointment confirmations, reminders, cancellation notifications, and service-related messages (these are essential and cannot be opted out of while you are an active client)

We strive to respond to all inquiries within 24 hours during business hours (Monday: 11:30am-7pm, Tuesday: 9am-1pm, Wednesday: 2pm-7pm, Thursday: 2pm-7pm, Friday: 11:30am-7pm, Saturday: 10:30am-3pm, Sunday: 10:30am-3pm). Messages received outside of business hours will be responded to on the next business day.
